Role Overview
AETERNA Inspection & Technical Services is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves developing and coordinating technical training programs for inspection personnel, managing certification preparation courses, and maintaining learning management systems to support professional development across the organization in the UAE region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate technical training programs for inspection personnel including NDT, welding, and QA/QC disciplines
- Manage NDT certification preparation courses including ASNT, PCN, and ISO 9712 certification pathways
- Schedule instructor-led training sessions and coordinate training logistics including venues, equipment, and materials
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and track participant progress through training and certification programs
- Develop training materials including presentations, handouts, assessments, and practical exercise guides
- Track training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessment results, and certification pass rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of training coordination experience in technical, engineering, or industrial environments
- Understanding of NDT certification requirements including ASNT, PCN, and ISO 9712 standards
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training administration tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing multiple training programs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
