Role Overview
AETERNA Inspection & Technical Services is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our Dubai office. This role involves leading QMS implementation, conducting supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all inspection service lines. You will establish and maintain quality management systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 17020 standards while supporting certification audits and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17020 requirements
- Lead internal and supplier quality audits, managing audit schedules, checklists, and closure of audit findings
- Manage the non-conformance report (NCR) and corrective action preventive action (CAPA) system across all projects
- Establish quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all inspection service lines
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to build quality awareness and competence across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of quality assurance experience in inspection, testing, or related industries
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 17020, ISO 17025, and quality management principles
- Proven experience leading quality audits and managing QMS documentation systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
