Role Overview
AETERNA Inspection & Technical Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-discipline inspection projects across multiple sites. This role involves managing multidisciplinary inspection teams, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and maintaining client relationships for major oil and gas and construction accounts across multiple countries in the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-discipline inspection projects from inception to close-out across multiple countries in the Middle East
- Coordinate multidisciplinary inspection teams including welding, NDT, structural, and QA/QC professionals
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to meet delivery targets
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication, progress reporting, and satisfaction management
- Oversee project quality performance and ensure delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual requirements
- Manage project risks through identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to minimize impacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of project management experience in inspection, construction, or oil and gas industries
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (mandatory)
- Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and project sites
- Strong understanding of inspection services, quality management systems, and technical requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English
