Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Quality Auditor to assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of quality management system audits in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. The successful candidate will support senior auditors in preparing audit checklists, conducting audit activities, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling internal QMS audits across company departments and project sites
- Prepare audit checklists and documentation packages in coordination with lead auditors
- Support audit execution by recording observations, gathering evidence, and documenting non-conformities
- Help prepare audit reports and present findings to department heads and management
- Track corrective action requests (CARs) and verify closure of audit findings
- Maintain audit records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
