Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Process Auditor to join our quality assurance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the audit and evaluation of process control procedures across operational divisions, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions. This entry-level role offers structured mentorship and the opportunity to develop expertise in process auditing within the third-party inspection and quality management sectors across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal process audits across operational departments to assess compliance with established quality management system procedures
- Review process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures for accuracy and alignment with ISO 9001 requirements
- Identify non-conformities, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through systematic audit observations
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, root cause analysis, and actionable corrective action recommendations
- Track and follow up on corrective action implementation to ensure timely closure and effectiveness verification
- Support senior auditors in external supplier audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit program
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution
- 0-2 years of experience in quality auditing, process improvement, or quality control within a related industry
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system principles and audit methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess processes objectively and identify root causes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Internal auditor training certification or willingness to complete certification within the first six months of employment
