Remote locations and challenging terrain made equipment mobilization difficult. The project required 100% AUT of all girth welds with rapid reporting. Coordination with multiple welding crews required flexible scheduling.
We mobilized two AUT systems with phased array technology and experienced technicians. On-site radiography and conventional UT backed up AUT results. Digital reporting enabled real-time weld quality tracking. Our team completed over 8,000 weld inspections with 99.2% first-pass acceptance rate.
