We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our Doha team for comprehensive inspection of rotating equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and lifting appliances during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases. The successful candidate will witness factory acceptance tests, verify equipment compliance with ASME/API standards, and ensure all mechanical systems meet operational requirements before deployment in demanding industrial environments across Qatar's major projects.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Inspect pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and boilers during fabrication, assembly, and installation phases per ASME Section VIII and API 510 standards
• Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for pumps, compressors, turbines, and other mechanical equipment
• Verify compliance of rotating equipment with design specifications, including alignment checks and vibration analysis
• Conduct load testing of lifting appliances, cranes, and hoists per applicable international standards and local regulations
• Review equipment material certificates, fabrication records, and test documentation for full compliance traceability
• Prepare detailed mechanical inspection reports with photographic documentation, deficiency rankings, and corrective recommendations
